Fedex has been horrendous so far in dealing with our damaged goods. I faxed off the damage claim and was told to expect nice email updates as the status changed. I've received nothing.
Sometimes I email customer support for fun. You can count on them to sometimes reply, and when they do you get nothing more than a tow-liner about how sorry they are and then some generic info or a link to their website.
I get the feeling they're trying to reduce the queue of requests as fast as possible. And that makes me feel good.
