Hey Fedex guy, thanks for leaving the package in the rain. Also thank you idiotic IT department for the nice claim system. It doesn't work. I enjoyed spending 3 hours working on this issue. Thanks for asking us to buy a new box to send everything back in.

Fedex is full of morons. Have some sympathy when dealing with customers who are affected by things you did to them.
