One of the developers I used to work with at Synchrologic was a guy named Kevin Goodman. He was always really cool about bugs I brought to his attention and was really talkative and full of advice. He had also authored a couple books on NT and Windows 95.
I remember people being a little skeptical when he went off to found his own company. At the time it was called Kevsoft, but has since been changed to RTO Software. I check the url from time to time; glad to see he's doing well.
