As an individual I'm inefficient at finding new and interesting links. I tend to re-browse, pulling down my history in Firefox and just picking a link that I've already been to.
Given that, I've recently become almost totally dependent on del.icio.us, reddit, and digg for my information. By remembering those three links I can check in at various points in the day and see updated links. My minions are out there searching, finding, bookmarking, digging; I just stop by and enjoy their work.
