Stouffer's has a new commerical that poses the question why do we like to go out to eat? and then answers it with the good times, the friends, our favorite dishes... or something to that effect. Everything looks great and the people are having oh such a good time. Then the commercial jumps to a scene with a woman eating a microwave dinner alone.
I think - I think - it's a commercial arguing against staying in tonight with a frozen dinner and instead calling friends and meeting at that restaurant where the chef tosses noodles and shrimp in slow motion. I can't recall the name and it frustrates me; the makers of this commercial should have made that more prominent. Instead they focused on the lady with the microwave meal and wasted precious time.
Now I'll never know where to go to have that experience.
